Job Summary:
TIL-TEK Antennae Inc. a world leader in the design and manufacture of base station, CPE and customized antenna solutions is seeking a INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE for it's Kemptville, ON, facility.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 2 years experience, recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• A college degree (technical background preferred but not required)
• Must have an Interest in the technology industry
• Must have good oral and written communication skills to conduct effective communications with customers, agents/distributors and field sales team.
• Must have good computer skills and have good working knowledge of business software applications; (spreadsheet, database, word processing, power point etc.)
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build strong business relationships
• Must be able to plan, organize and utilize time effectively
DUTIES SHALL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Develops new business opportunities and expands existing accounts.
• Maintain required number of quality outbound calls to customer contacts
Generate incremental revenue according to specific targets
• Record accurate customer data to the CRM system.
• Provide a high level of customer service to ensure client’s complete satisfaction
• Receives and responds to all customer sales inquiries.
• Prepares and distributes sales reports as required.

As part of a small, highly productive team, the incumbent must be a hands-on problem solver, a quick learner, and comfortable with communicating with all areas of the organization, internal and external suppliers and customers.
