KAVVERI TELECOM ACQUIRES SECOND CANADIAN TELECOM MANUFACTURING COMPANY

Markham, Ontario, Canada — Kavveri Telecom Products Limited, a publicly traded company from Bangalore, India (Bombay Stock Exchange BSE:590041), is pleased to announce its acquisition of DCI Digital Communications Inc. located just outside of Regina, in Saskatchewan, Canada. This is Kavveri’s second Canadian acquisition, following an earlier purchase in 2006 of Wi-LAN's TIL-TEK Antenna Division, situated in Kemptville, Ontario.

Shivakumar Reddy, Managing Director of Kavveri Telecom Products Limited, along with Uma Reddy, Director of Operations, have chosen to add DCI Digital Communications Inc. to its operations in an effort to enhance their existing product line, and to further expand Kavveri's presence in the North American wireless and telecommunications market.

Kavveri Telecom Products Limited is already a strong player in the communications industry as it offers a comprehensive portfolio of many RF products and services, including cables, antennas, filters, CDMA repeaters, RF components, in-building and contract manufacturing solutions. With the versatility of DCI's manufacturing capabilities in mind, Kavveri strategically adds a wide array of custom RF filtering solutions in the 30 MHz to 6 GHz range to its product line.
