Kavveri Telecom acquires TIL-TEK Antenna Division

Kemptville, Ontario, Canada: Kavveri Telecom Products Ltd on Tuesday April 25th, 2006 completed the acquisition the TIL-TEK Antenna division from Canada-based Wi-Lan Inc. through its Canadian arm Kavveri Technologies Inc.

Changes at TIL-TEK Antenna will be in ownership only, continuing to operate as a separate division with the same management team reporting into Kavveri Telecom.

With manufacturing facilities in Kemptville, Ontario, Canada, Wi-LAN's TIL-TEK Antenna Division provides a complete line of base station and remote antennas in frequencies from 700 MHz to 5.8 GHz, with selected products from 300 MHz to 28 GHz.
TIL-TEK antenna applications include WiMAX, public safety, cellular, GSM, PCS, WLL/WLAN and rural point-to-multipoint systems as well as custom applications such as radar test targets and Digital Audio Broadcast antennas. Detailed information on
