TIL-TEK Receives Updated ISO 9001 Certification

KEMPTVILLE, ONTARIO -- TIL-TEK Antennas has met the requirements for upgrading its Quality Management System (QMS) from the ISO (International Standards Organization) 9001:1994 standard to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. The new ISO 9001:2000 standard creates a basis for a higher level of senior management involvement in an organisation's QMS. It ensures that TIL-TEK's QMS is aligned around its business objectives and is designed to ensure that ultimately improved customer satisfaction and increased profitability is achieved.
