TIL-TEK Antennas Announces OEM Agreement With Radiall/Larsen:
Radiall/Larsen Allowed to Distribute Antennas worldwide
TIL-TEK Antennas of Kemptville, Ontario today announced the signing of an Original
Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) agreement between Wi-LAN's TIL-TEK
Antennas division, and Radiall/Larsen Antenna Technologies,
allowing Radiall/Larsen to market, sell, and distribute TIL-TEK
antennas worldwide, under private label.
"OEM arrangements are ideal since, they give Wi-LAN and TIL-TEK
access to markets they would not have been able to reach on their
own," said Steve Tilston, General Manager, TIL-TEK. "Providing
antennas for Radiall/Larsen further reinforces our commitment to
providing the highest quality antennas in the marketplace today,
and adds a global sales force behind TIL-TEK to market its
products."
This OEM agreement expands on other co-development and marketing
agreements already in place and allows both companies to perform
joint marketing efforts in certain markets, in order to capitalize
on the strengths of one another. The agreement also allows for
joint development of products, with Radiall/Larsen to manufacture
selected TIL-TEK antennas under license.
