Til-Tek was founded by the Tilsten brothers with a clear mission: to build antennas that never fail, regardless of the environment. It began as a hands-on engineering workshop in rural Ontario, where a small team crafted rugged VHF and UHF antennas for Canadian utility and public safety networks. Over time, Til-Tek grew into a specialized RF design and manufacturing company, known across North America for its technical precision and durable build quality

Today, that same commitment to performance and durability drives Til-Tek’s work in the defense, military and broader civilian wireless sectors. The company designs and manufactures high-performance antennas and RF subsystems built to meet the stringent demands of military and aerospace environments, from harsh mountaintop installations and mobile battlefield platforms to airborne ISR systems and next-generation counter-drone products.
